Willowbrook was founded in 2000 by Managing Director, Elaine Brady, and has grown quickly and profitably, implementing the highest standards of operating systems and care standards throughout the organisation.
Elaine loves to swim, as it’s a great exercise and helps her to de-stress from a hard days works, likes quality time with her son, daughter and grandsons, loves shopping for shoes. Goals in life are to continue to be successful, have good health and live life to the full.
Started with Willowbrook in 2002, as part time carer in the community and has worked since to become the General Manager where Jayne over sees all areas.
Jayne claims she is the original Tinker Bell and the ruler of all fairylands. She also enjoys socialising and has become a D.S addict to present.
Joined Willowbrook as a carer in the community, in 2006 Lindsey applied for the position to join the finance team, by 2009 Lindsey was promoted to Finance Manager and oversees a team to her department.
Lindsey is married and has 2 lovely boys; she loves quality time with her family and friends. Lindsey loves her cups of tea and her pets Titch Boo Boo’s’ aka her little dog and gerbils ‘burnt toast’.
Marie joined Willowbrook in 2010, after meeting with Elaine through friends; Marie is the Manager for the Crisis department within areas of Rossendale, Burnley & Pendle Hyndburn & Ribble Valley.
Marie loves food, and quotes I cook it, I eat it, you cook it, I eat it, they deliver it, I eat it, also likes reading, loud music and house cleaning.
Joined Willowbrook in 2002 as carer in the community, and since has worked up to Hyndburn Manager. Although Debbie works in the office she also continues to provide a supporting role in the community.
Debbie likes good food, fine wines and loves reading anything about murders. Debbie also comments that she loves to watch all the rubbish on T.V that everyone else hates.
Denise was one of Elaine’s 1st employees starting in 2001 as a carer in the community; Denise soon worked her way to the position of Registered Manager. Denise works within the extra Care Scheme & Supported Living in Hyndbrook House and Kirk house.
Denise loves D.I.Y, parties and dressing up, she is naturally camera shy, and loves to relax with her partner at the weekends.
